Title block User collection
==========================

The **User** collection is the QElectroTech collection where the user can create `title block`_, the 
user is allowed to read and edit the collection. The allowed actions at the **User** collection are:

    1. Add new `title block`_.
    2. Edit `title block`_ from collection.
    3. Delete `title block`_ from collection.
